Anthony is simply amazing. He worked with my schedule, so that he could come out on the same day I called him. Then, he conducted a thorough inspection. All I knew was that the AC was set on 60F, but it was constantly stuffy and hot inside. My little one and I had respiratory problems, since buying this house about 2 months ago. To my surprise, Anthony told me that there were no air ducts in the attic. I took a glimpse to confirm his statement and then had him make pictures for me. Why did the inspector not detect this? I was enraged. To top it off, the inside unit had just broken down. In all the craziness, Anthony calmly explained the options and worked out a payment plan with me. Even though it was late, he immediately started working on the issue. He then explained that he has to order the parts but he’ll be back as soon as he gets them in. And he did as he said! While Anthony was working on my inside and outside AC unit and the air ducts, and later insulation, he always showed up on time, cleaned up the work area, and treated me in the utmost courteous, respectful, and professional manner. He answered all my questions promptly, provided me with useful tips to prevent any issues in the future, explained all he did and how everything works patiently. His prices were fair and he created an air conditioning system that was both energy saving and highly efficient. Soon, my neighbors and friends would be enjoying their visits to our house, because of the strong cold air circulation in the heat of summer. I cannot thank Anthony enough. His work is purely excellent and he is truly a wonderful person! By the way, I trusted Anthony from the start with a key to the house, because I had to work long hours. Anthony still called/texted me to let me know when he entered and left the house. He is truly trustworthy.
